BlueChip Pros is a facility management, commercial cleaning, and security services company dedicated to the highest standards of quality and integrity. It was founded in 1986 with five hundred dollars in capital and a few small Cincinnati clients. Since then, it has grown nationally to thousands of client sites that span across all 50 states.

Through our long history of building relationships, we understand a small part of our clients’ success counts on reliable and cost-effective maintenance and cleaning services. A Bit of History

BlueChip Pros now employs more than 2,000 employees instilled with the same commitment which started the business more than thirty years ago. Our personnel are trained in appropriate cleaning procedures as well as the proper use of our state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and top quality cleaning products. Our employees have been background checked and arrive at the work site in a company uniform.

We have established many procedures to ensure that our clients’ facilities are cleaned properly. In addition to hiring, training and properly supervising qualified personnel, we have process framework in place to allow our clients feedback on the services that we provide. We encourage an open exchange of information through the use of our cloud based technology for tracking daily quality issues, weekly site inspections with or without client representatives, daily phone contact with our corporate office and/or direct follow-up with site managers. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and our clients may select the feedback program that best serves their needs.
